JPC is currently assisting a large Telco client with a JV in China to Harmonise its IT Landscape for 20,000 users that includes migration to Cloud Connected Audio, full IT Support structure with a new ecosystem. The consultant was successful in our Clients Day1 operations with Zero Major escalations.
JPC is currently developing an exciting and revolutionary business case for a company to expand into Green Technology by both developing the business model and the evaluation of local market entry requirements. The client has given us an aggressive timeline of operational start within 3 years effective Jan 2018. This is a true “Green Field” entry, with also developing the business case to trade the generated Carbon Credits direct to end clients without the need of Carbon Brokers.
One of our consultants was embedded with a large IT Provider for the world’s largest SAP – SAP HANA migration programme with a TCV over €120 Million. Our consultant had complete P&L responsibility of the programme.
JPC helped a large telco develop its Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution, embedded within the service provider and worked closely with Citrix developers for a service scalable up to 10,000 MDM users.

Responsible for leading an Exchange 2007-2010 migration and consolidation of 6 Mail exchange Hubs into 3 hubs that served over 88,000 Exchange mailboxes. Giving the end client additional cost savings.
Various TETRA projects for Oil & Gas clients, including turning around a critical project for Middle East Oil & Gas client and secured on a of the main client, additional project expansion.
